May 7 (UPI) -- Conor McGregor threw a Mexican fiesta-themed first birthday party this weekend for his son, Conor McGregor Jr.
The fiesta included a three-tier cake, with a little man on top wearing a sombrero. The cake also featured cacti and some Maracas. The lavish get-together occurred Saturday at the Kildare Hotel outside of Dublin, according to TMZ. The party was closed off to members of the public by security guards, according to the Irish Mirror.
McGregor sported a tiny sombrero on his head during dinner, while sitting next to his son and partner Dee Devlin. Chefs served lobster at the fiesta.
There were at least 50 table placements inside of a tent for the fine dining session. The fiesta also included a balloon animal artist and a live band.
McGregor and Devlin also threw a posh party for their son for his christening last year near Dublin at Luttrellstown Castle.
"The Notorious" was arrested in April and charged with three counts of misdemeanor assault and one count of felony criminal mischief, stemming from an incident at Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Has a June 14 court date in New York.
McGregor, 29, hasn't fought in UFC since beating Eddie Alvarez in UFC 205 on Nov. 12, 2016 at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
