"Doing Daytona with all the people that mean the most to me," Patrick wrote on Instagram.

Sunday's showing also happened to be Patrick's final NASCAR race. She wrapped up her career with a race-ending wreck, sending her to the garage early. She officially finished 35th. Patrick's career ended with a 0-191 record in the NASCAR Cup series.

Rodgers sat in Patrick's pit box on Thursday night during the second Can-Am Duel qualifying race. The two-time NFL MVP reportedly did not answer questions from reporters. The All-Pro gunslinger wasn't the only legendary quarterback in attendance on Sunday. Former Indianapolis Colts and Denver Broncos great Peyton Manning was in the Toyota pace car to start the race.

The 34-year-old Packers quarterback split from actress Olivia Munn in April after three years of dating. Patrick and fellow driver Ricky Stenhouse Jr. broke up in December after nearly five years of dating.

Patrick, 25, confirmed that she was dating Rodgers in January. She told For The Win that the two met at the 2012 ESPY Awards.

"We've just been sort of friends the whole time, kept in vague touch and seen each other at the ESPYs almost every year, and other places," Patrick told For The Win.

"So one thing led to another, and we realized how similar we were, and yeah, that got the ball rolling."
