Nov. 22 (UPI) -- Former Team USA gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar pleaded guilty on Wednesday to criminal sexual conduct charges.
The plea deal will land him in jail for at least 25 years, according to NBC News. Nassar, 54, has been accused of molesting at least 130 former patients. Those patients include Olympic stars Gabby Douglas, Aly Raisman and McKayla Maroney.
Nassar entered the plea in Ingham County, Mich. He was charged with molesting seven girls, according to CBS News. Six of the girls were gymnasts and most of the interactions occurred at his home and campus clinic in the Lansing, Mich., area.
"For all those involved, [I'm] so horribly sorry," Nassar said, according to CBS. "This was like a match that turned into a forest fire, out of control. And I pray the rosary everyday for forgiveness...I want them to heal. I want this community to heal. I have no animosity toward anyone. I just want healing. It's time."

Nassar wore an orange jumpsuit while he admitted to the abuse. Three of the victims were younger than 13. He also admitted guilt to penetrating the girls with his ungloved fingers during medical examinations and treatments between 1998 and 2015, according to NBC.
"Court referring to Larry as DOCTOR Nassar," Raisman tweeted Wednesday. "I AM DISGUSTED. I am very disappointed. He does NOT deserve that. Larry is digusting. Larry is a MONSTER not a doctor."
Nassar's sentencing is set for Jan. 12. Any of his victims can speak at the sentencing.

"You used your position of trust that you had in the most vile way, to abuse children," Ingham County Judge Rosemarie Aquilina said Wednesday. "You were trained as a healer, and what you did was harm them."
USA Gymnastics fired Nassar in 2015.
