GLENDALE, Ariz. -- Running back Chris Johnson, who signed a one-year contract with the Arizona Cardinals just before the start of training camp, said he was considering offers from at least two other teams before deciding to stay in Arizona for a third straight season. He indicated he had reason to believe he will see more playing time with the Cardinals than anyone else, even though he's behind David Johnson on the team depth chart.
"Even though I said I wanted to go somewhere where I could possibly start or play more, I just feel like this year might be a little different," Chris Johnson said. "Just a thought in my mind. That relationship I've got with B.A. (Bruce Arians) and the things me and him talk about made me feel it might be a little different."
