The 6-foot-5, 237-pound Green-Beckham, a 2015 second-round pick, finished his one season in Philadelphia with 36 catches for 392 yards and two touchdowns.

Evans, 23, threw for 3,348 yards and 32 touchdowns with 12 interceptions as a senior at the University of Tulsa last year. He participated this offseason with the Eagles as a tryout player.

Evans joins starter Carson Wentz, Nick Foles and Matt McGloin on the quarterback depth chart.
