The NFL announced Monday that the Kansas City Chiefs at Denver Broncos game on Nov. 27 will be flexed into "Sunday Night Football" for Week 12.

The originally scheduled Sunday night game between the New England Patriots and New York Jets at MetLife Stadium will be moved to 4:25 p.m. ET on CBS.

The Chiefs-Broncos game moves to 8:30 p.m. on NBC to give fans a more compelling matchup based on the standings and playoff implications.

It may be unusual to see a New York team flexed out of prime time, but the Jets are just 3-7 this season following Sunday's 9-6 loss to the Los Angeles Rams.

The Chiefs are 7-2 and tied at the top of the AFC West. The Week 12 battle with the reigning Super Bowl champion Broncos (7-3) could be for the division lead.
