Minnesota Vikings linebacker Eric Kendricks was doubtful to return after suffering a hip injury in the first quarter of Sunday's game against the Washington Redskins.

Kendricks was injured on Washington's first drive when he collided with linebacker Anthony Barr as they attempted to intercept a Kirk Cousins pass at the goal line. The pass fell incomplete and the Redskins scored on the next play.

Kendricks returned briefly on Washington's next drive, but then left the game. Linebacker Audie Cole replaced Kendricks in the lineup.
