Top-seeded Svetlana Kuznetsova of Russia claimed her second straight Kremlin Cup title on Saturday by trouncing Daria Gavrilova, 6-2, 6-1, in Moscow.

The 31-year-old Kuznetsova needed a little more than an hour to claim her 16th WTA title while disposing of Gavrilova, who was playing in her first WTA final. The Russian saved six of the seven break points she faced and converted six of her eight break opportunities.
