Miami Dolphins rookie guard Laremy Tunsil expects to return Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers after missing one game due to a freak injury.

Tunsil sprained his right ankle and said he suffered the injury while getting out of the shower prior to last Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans.

"I thought I twisted my ankle, the same one I dislocated in college. The one I had surgery on," Tunsil told reporters. "It was pretty banged up. Thought something was wrong with it, went to the training room, had a little sprain. Everything's good. Ready to be here with my team Sunday, play against the Steelers."

Tunsil's absence -- along with the loss left tackle Branden Albert (illness) -- proved crucial when the Dolphins allowed six sacks during the 30-17 loss.

Tunsil said his teammates understood the situation.

"They knew it was a freak accident," he said. "Things happen. You can't do much about it."

Albert also is expected to return Sunday against the Steelers.

Miami offensive coordinator Clyde Christensen had some fun at Tunsil's expense.

"We're going to try to take (showers) Saturday night this week," Christensen said, drawing laughter from reporters. "So we can have some time to prepare, everyone is going to shower Saturday night before getting to the ballpark."
