The Miami Dolphins' ailing offensive line received a jolt on Tuesday as three-time Pro Bowl center Mike Pouncey returned to practice.

Pouncey has been sidelined by a hip injury since mid-August and had been replaced by Anthony Steen, who was converted to center during the offseason after playing at guard for Alabama.

Steen sat out Miami's loss to the Cincinnati Bengals on Thursday with an ankle injury. Third-string center Kraig Urbik got the nod for the Dolphins, who yielded five sacks to the Bengals.

The 27-year-old Pouncey had surgery on the right side of his hip during the offseason.

The Dolphins (1-3) will look to rebound on Sunday when they host the Tennessee Titans (1-3).
