Washington Redskins lose Bashaud Breeland, DeAngelo Hall to injuries at New York Giants

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- DeAngelo Hall suffered a right knee injury with 2:53 left in the second quarter and the veteran safety joined starting right cornerback Bahaud Breeland on the Washington Redskins' sideline.

Neither player will return to the Week 3 game against the New York Giants.

Breeland injured his ankle in the first quarter and did not return.

Hall was injured when he had to make a tackle on New York Giants receiver Odell Beckham, Jr. on an 18-yard catch.

Hall, who walked into the locker room for further evaluation, was replaced by Will Blackmon. Hall will not return.
