Washington Redskins NT Kedric Golston injures hamstring

WASHINGTON -- Washington Redskins nose tackle Kedric Golston suffered a hamstring injury on the first play from scrimmage during Sunday's game against the Dallas Cowboys and will miss the rest of the contest.

Golston remained on the ground after the play and was helped off the field. The Redskins initially announced his return was questionable and later downgraded him to 'out.'

Golston was replaced by Ziggy Hood.
