The Green Bay Packers made a number of roster moves on Monday, including re-signing long snapper Brett Goode.

The Packers did not keep a long-snapper on their initial 53-man roster after they cut Rick Lovato, who finished last season in Goode's place after he sustained a season-ending knee injury in Week 15 on Dec. 20.

The 6-foot-1, 255-pound Goode served as Green Bay's primary long snapper from 2008-15, playing in 126 regular-season games and 11 playoff contests. He appeared in 14 games in 2015 before he tore his ACL.

Goode worked out for the Packers on Saturday and passed a physical.

Goode is entering his ninth season in the NFL. He originally signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars as an undrafted free agent from the University of Arkansas in 2007. He spent part of two offseasons with Jacksonville before signing with the Packers on Sept. 1, 2008.

The Packers also claimed running back Jhurell Pressley off waivers from the Minnesota Vikings, placed cornerback Makinton Dorleant on injured reserve and released running back Brandon Burks.

The 5-10, 206-pound Pressley originally signed with the Vikings as an undrafted free agent out of New Mexico on May 2 but was waived on Saturday.

The Packers also signed 10 players to the practice squad: wide receivers Geronimo Allison and Herb Waters, linebackers Carl Bradford, Beniquez Brown and Reggie Gilbert, running back Don Jackson, guards Blake Muir and Lucas Patrick, defensive tackle Brian Price and safety Jermaine Whitehead.
