Gymnast Simone Biles posted a photo Tuesday from Rio de Janeiro showing just how petite she is.

RIO DE JANEIRO, Aug. 2 (UPI) -- It's possible that the United States' best athlete in the Summer Olympics is also its shortest. Gymnast Simone Biles posted a photo Tuesday from Rio de Janeiro showing just how petite she is.
Biles stood in the photo at 4-foot-8, next to a 6-foot-8 United States men's volleyball player Dave Lee.

Biles, 19, is the first female gymnast since 1974 to win four consecutive all-around titles at the U.S. national championships. She is the first woman to win the all-around world championship three consecutive times.
