The Arizona Cardinals signed wide receiver Franky Okafor and released wide receiver Rico Richardson on Saturday.

Okafor, 6-foot-3, 190 pounds, is a rookie free agent out of Southeastern Oklahoma State. He led the school with 841 receiving yards and eight touchdowns, and was second with 60 receptions last year as a senior.
