Rodney, 39, has revived his career this season and notched 17 saves to go with an 0.31 ERA for the Padres.

Rodney has 253 career saves and was brought to camp by San Diego after suffering through a poor 2015 campaign.

Paddack, 20, has showed promise and is 2-0 with an 0.95 ERA in six starts for Single-A Greensboro. He has struck out 48 and allowed just nine hits and two walks in 28 1/3 innings.
