Perriman sustained a partially torn ACL in his left knee and will visit Dr. James Andrews on Monday to determine if he needs season-ending surgery.
That would be a blow to the Ravens because quarterback Joe Flacco said he expects Perriman to be a big part of the offense this year.
Last year, it was a partially torn PCL in his right knee.
