Harbor is the second tight end the Patriots have added in the offseason. They acquired Martellus Bennett in a trade with the Chicago Bears. The Patriots also have tight end Rob Gronkowski.

Knighton, 29, has played seven NFL seasons, and last season he played in 15 games for Washington, all as a starter, and recorded 29 tackles and 1.5 sacks. He started one postseason game and had one tackle.
