Patrick drew her fine for walking toward Kasey Kahne's car to gesture at the driver as he drove during a caution during Sunday's Auto Club 400 at Fontana. Kahne had turned Patrick's car into the wall.
Busch's fine was for failing to conduct postgame interviews after Saturday's Xfinity Series race.
Drivers involved in an accident are not allowed to leave the area of the vehicle, a rule strictly enforced since Aug. 2014 when Kevin Ward Jr. was killed. The 20-year-old Ward approached the vehicle of Tony Stewart and was struck by Stewart's car and was tragically killed.
Kahne took blame for the accident involving Patrick but was not penalized.
Busch blew a tire and finished second in the Xfinity race and was requested to make an appearance in the media center.
He accused NASCAR of fixing the race in his in-car radio when a caution flag didn't come out after he blew the tire. Busch was leading on the final lap when the tire gave out.
