Smith, a Louisville product who is rated the D-League's top prospect, sank 24 of 42 field-goal attempts, one of five attempts from 3-point range and 16 of 20 foul shots.

He scored 50 points on March 6 in a Delaware win over the Iowa Energy.

The previous D-League single-game mark was 61 points, set by Delaware's Jordan McRae on Jan. 26, also against Canton.

Smith, 24, played a combined 12 games for the New Orleans Pelicans and Memphis Grizzlies in 2014-15, and he appeared in 14 games with Memphis earlier this season. He has NBA career averages of two points, 0.6 rebounds and 0.7 assists.
