The Kansas City Chiefs signed former Oakland Raiders wide receiver Rod Streater to a one-year contract, according to reports Saturday.

The deal is worth up to $4.8 million, the Kansas City Star reported.

Streater, 28, visited the New York Jets and New England Patriots before agreeing to terms with the Chiefs.

Streater spent the first four years of his NFL career in Oakland after signing with the Raiders as an undrafted free agent in 2012.

The 6-foot-2, 195-pound Streater caught 39 passes for 584 yards and three touchdowns in his rookie season, and then had 60 catches for 888 yards and four touchdowns in his second year.

A foot injury limited him to just three games in 2014 and he played in only one game with one reception last season.
