Blair shot a 6-under 64 in Saturday's third round at Waialae Country Club and while Snedeker shot a 66. Snedeker faded late and missed birdie putts on each of the past two holes.
Kevin Kisner is one shot back after firing a 66 and 20-year-old South Korean Si Woo Kim is at 196 after shooting a 65 on the par-70, 7,044-yard course.

Snedeker and Blair have played steady golf over the first three rounds. Blair has gone 49 holes since his last bogey while Snedeker has a streak of 40 holes.
