EARTH CITY, Mo. -- With the relocation to Los Angeles a big story around the NFL, this could be the final game for the Rams - and pro football - in St. Louis.

Head coach Jeff Fisher said his focus remains on coaching. Asked if he has thought about that possibility, Fisher said, "It has not crossed my mind, no. As I've said to you often times throughout this process, my focus is on this football team and the next game. I'm sure all of those things will be addressed once the season is over, but it's not crossed my mind. What's first and foremost right now is the Bucs and the uniforms. You've seen the uniforms, right? You've seen the uniforms, so that'll be a little different. But no, that's not an issue with me."

The uniforms are the Color Rush series that will have the Rams in a yellow/gold color and the Bucs in red.

That prompted Fisher to say, "I said this to the team and I've often times said this before: I'm just glad it's not baseball where I have to wear the uniform as well. (But) I really have not asked about what we're (coaches) going to be wearing."

--Wide receiver/punt returner Tavon Austin had an 83-yard punt return for a touchdown brought back because of a defensive holding penalty called on Cody Davis. Austin had a long return called back the week before against Arizona, and has had that happen several times during his three seasons with the Rams.

Said Fisher, "Really disappointed for Tavon and that return. It was not a foul. First time I've ever given a player a special teams game ball for a play that didn't count, but he deserved it as did his teammates."

Asked why he thought it shouldn't have been called, Fisher said, "Just because it wasn't a penalty. Holding was called and it was not a hold. Their legs got tangled. So, it was not a penalty. It's unfortunate. I mean, it's an (83-yard) punt return for touchdown. He's had a number of things called back that have been questionable, but this one was not a foul. I was just disappointed for him, but it just shows you what he's capable of doing. He's special."

On some of the past times it's happened, Fisher said, "I've not forgotten them, but this was a great return. The thing that's hard and you all will appreciate this is the time and effort that we put on the practice field to be able to execute something like that and it was executed to perfection, then it just didn't work out. But, that's part of the game.

"In retrospect, as I said yesterday, you find the positive in things and had it not been called back, then (Lions quarterback) Matthew (Stafford) would've had the ball in his hands. The ball was put back on the (9-yard) line. We ran four minutes off the clock and scored a touchdown and that was four minutes that Stafford didn't have the ball."

Notes: Linebacker Alec Ogletree, who has been on reserve/injured, designated for return since Oct. 26, is expected to be activated to return to practice Friday. Because the Rams play Thursday night, he won't practice until next week. Ogletree suffered a fractured fibula on Oct. 4 against Arizona. Head coach Jeff Fisher said Tuesday, "He's not quite ready. He's close. The goal would be to see if he'd be available for San Francisco (the final regular-season game). If not, then he's got a head start on the offseason program." ... Cornerback Janoris Jenkins, who did not play Sunday against Detroit while still in the concussion protocol, was limited in practice Tuesday, but Fisher said Jenkins is essentially through the protocol and only needs to come back strong from the exertion phase that took place Tuesday. Fisher said, "He just needs to feel good after going full speed. He got up to full speed, so we'll find out how he feels." ... Wide receiver Stedman Bailey is expected to be released from a physical therapy facility in Miami Dec. 23. Agent Tony Fleming told TMZ Bailey is walking and talking and "getting back to himself." Bailey was shot in the head twice Nov. 24 while under suspension by the league and is now on reserve/non-football injury.

Defensive tackle Louis Trinca-Pasat, who has been on the practice squad all season, was signed to the practice squad Tuesday. Trinca-Pasat received interest from other teams, according Fisher, so the Rams made the move to keep him.
