Case Keenum will return to the starting spot for the St. Louis Rams next week.

Head coach Jeff Fisher said Sunday that Nick Foles, who was 15 of 35 in a 27-3 loss to the Arizona Cardinals at home, would go back to the bench with Keenum ready to resume the No. 1 quarterback role.

Keenum has been sidelined with a head injury but was cleared to resume football activities. He was active against the Cardinals on Sunday for the first time since a controversial concussion two weeks ago at Baltimore.

Keenum's head was driven into the turf and he staggered to his feet, at one point collapsing under his own weight while on all fours, by Fisher said he didn't see it and the head injury spotters on the scene did not stop the game.
