PITTSBURGH -- Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Landry Jones was injured early in the first quarter against the Cleveland Browns and left the field on a cart to get examined.
Ben Roethlisberger, who is active despite a left foot sprain, will play the third series for the Steelers.
Right tackle Marcus Gilbert stepped on Jones' ankle on a third-down play. Jones' return is questionable.
