Lacy, who was supplanted by James Starks as the No. 1 running back this week, has 83 rushes for 308 yards and two touchdowns. Starks has 78 carries for 334 yards this season, including 122 yards last Sunday against Carolina.

Green Bay's other inactives are quarterback Brett Hundley, cornerback LaDarius Gunter, linebacker Andy Mulumba, guard Lane Taylor, tight end Kennard Backman and receiver Ty Montgomery. Montgomery, the team's top kickoff returner, will miss his third consecutive game due to a sprained ankle.
