Former escort Katina Powell said former Louisville graduate assistant coach Andre McGee paid her $10,000 to bring dancers to campus to strip and even have sex with some recruits or their guardians.

Powell told ESPN's "Outside the Lines" that McGee, currently on administrative leave from his job as assistant men's basketball coach at Missouri-Kansas City, approached her about "side deals" with current players and some recruits or their guardians.

Those deals included stripping and performing sex acts, Powell said.

One player recruited by Louisville told ESPN "It was like I was in a strip club."

Head coach Rick Pitino said he was unaware of the stripping and sex parties. He told ESPNl on Tuesday that McGee needs to speak up because he's the one person in the program who knows the truth. Louisville athletic director Tom Jurich issued a statement n that said Pitino will not resign in the midst of the controversy surrounding his program.

Top-ranked Ohio State is turning back to J.T. Barrett at quarterback for Saturday night's Big Ten game at Rutgers. Coach Urban Meyer said Tuesday the Buckeyes decided to give Barrett the start on merit after junior Cardale Jones started and won the first seven games of the season.

Barrett, a sophomore, moves ahead Jones, a redshirt junior with a 10-0 record as a starter including the Buckeyes' postseason run to the national championship last year.

Meyer said the decision was based on "sheer production." Barrett helped guide the Ohio State offense to a 31-10 victory over Penn State on Saturday night in Ohio Stadium, rushing for 102 yards and two touchdowns and passing for two scores playing a majority of the second half. Jones completed 9 of 15 passes for 84 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions against the Nittany Lions.

SOCCER

The National Women's Soccer League is expanding to Orlando, Fla. The Orlando Pride will begin play in 2016 under the direction of former U.S. women's national team coach Tom Sermanni.

Orlando City president Phil Rawlins made the announcement at a news conference on Tuesday along with Orlando mayor Buddy Dyer, Orange County mayor Teresa Jacobs and league officials. The women's team is expected to play in the Citrus Bowl during its inaugural season. The roster will be filled through an expansion process in the next few weeks.

The Pride's owners also are part of the group that owns the Orlando City SC franchise in Major League Soccer.

GOLF

The Open Championship moves to unfamiliar turf for the first time since 1951 when it will be played at Royal Portrush in Northern Ireland.

For the past 64 years, England and Scotland courses have hosted the Open, but since members voted in favor of the event, it was granted the 2019 championship. The Irish Open was held at Portrush in 2012 and natives Rory McIlroy, Graeme McDowell and Darren Clarke were pushing for the major golf tournament to be played in Ireland.

The tournament dates are July 18-21, according to the Royal & Ancient.
