Pittsburgh Steelers center Maurkice Pouncey is in danger of missing the entire 2015 season after undergoing a second surgery on his left fibula, according to a published report.
The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported Pouncey underwent the second procedure due to an infection caused by a metal plate. Pouncey had the plate inserted during a surgical procedure in last August.

Pouncey was placed on short-team injured reserve prior to the season and wasn't eligible to play until Week 9.
Pouncey was injured during a preseason game against the Green Bay Packers.
