New York Giants WR Odell Beckham Jr. misses practice

Odell Beckham did not practice Thursday with the New York Giants because of a hamstring injury.

The Giants expect the receiver to play Monday and the extra day of preparation allows him more time to recover from the muscle strain he said occurred in the second quarter of the Week 5 win over the San Francisco 49ers.

Beckham is one of many Giants hurting entering Week 6.

Wide receiver Victor Cruz is still sidelined by a calf injury, linebacker Jon Beason left last week's game with a concussion and cornerback Prince Amukamara could be out for a month with a pectoral injury.
