BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Buffalo Bills safety Aaron Williams was taken off the field by an ambulance with a neck injury suffered during the third quarter of Sunday's game against the New England Patriots.

Williams was injured while trying to make a diving tackle on Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman's 22-yard touchdown reception.

The game was delayed more than 10 minutes and several Bills players huddled in prayer before returning to the field.
