By The Sports Xchange

A five-player, two-pick trade between the Philadelphia 76ers and Sacramento Kings became official Friday.

The 76ers acquired guard Nik Stauskas, veteran forwards Carl Landry and Jason Thompson, a future first-round pick and the right to swap first-rounders in 2016 and 2017.

The Kings received the rights to 2015 second-round picks Arturas Gudaitis and Luka Mitrovic.

The deal was agreed upon last week.

The Kings largely were trying to unload the contracts of Landry and Thompson. Landry is set to receive $6.5 million in each of the next two seasons. Thompson's salary will be $6.66 million next season.

Stauskas, the eighth overall draft pick in 2014, played in 73 games as a rookie in 2014-15 and averaged 4.4 points and 1.2 rebounds per game.

Landry, 31, played in 70 games last season and averaged 7.2 points and 3.8 rebounds.

Thompson, the 12th overall pick in 2008 by the Kings, saw action in 81 games last season, averaging 6.1 points and 6.5 rebounds.
