Report: Brooklyn Nets trade Plumlee to Portland Trail Blazers

The Brooklyn Nets reportedly traded center Mason Plumlee and second-round pick Pat Connaughton to the Portland Trail Blazers for first-round selection Rondae Hollis-Jefferson and Steve Blake on Thursday night.

Plumlee averaged 8.7 points and 6.2 rebounds per game last season for Brooklyn.

"Thanks to Brooklyn for a great two years!," Plumlee tweeted on Thursday night.

The trade was reported by the Oregonian.

Portland picked the versatile Arizona forward Hollis-Jefferson with the 24th pick, while Connaughton was selected with the 41st overall selection.

Blake tallied 4.3 points and 3.6 assists per contest for the Blazers last year.
