The Los Angeles Dodgers have reinstated reliever Joel Peralta from the 15-day disabled list.

Peralta has been on the disabled list since April 26 with a sore right shoulder, missing the last 53 games. The right-hander went 1-0 with three saves in 5 2/3 scoreless innings before the injury.

The Dodgers also optioned pitchers Daniel Coulombe and Matt West to Triple-A Oklahoma City and recalled pitcher Ian Thomas from Oklahoma City.

Coulombe has posted an 8.53 ERA in four games out of the bullpen this season. West appeared in two games and tossed three scoreless innings.

Thomas is making his second big league stint with the Dodgers after being acquired from the Atlanta Braves on May 27.
