American League Game Summary - Toronto at Minnesota

Chris Colabello's go-ahead, two-run homer in the top of the ninth inning lifted the Toronto Blue Jays to a 6-4 win over the Minnesota Twins in the opener of a three-game set.

Russell Martin walked to begin the frame against Glen Perkins (0-1) and Colabello golfed a low fastball over the heart of the plate into the Blue Jays bullpen in left to give Toronto its two-run advantage.

Mark Buehrle (6-4) spun the 31st complete game of his career and second of the season, settling down after allowing four first-inning runs. He allowed five of his six hits in the opening frame.
