MLB Game Summary - Boston at Tampa Bay

Mike Napoli hit a two-run home run in the Boston Red Sox's 9-6 win over the Tampa Bay Rays in Grapefruit League action.

Hanley Ramirez drove in two runs, including an RBI double in Boston's three- run third inning.

Rays starter Nathan Karns allowed six runs in four innings, and his counterpart, Boston's Steven Wright, was charged with five runs -- none earned -- in 3 2/3 innings.

Brandon Guyer had two hits for Tampa Bay.
