Leonard, Spurs top Raptors

Kawhi Leonard had 24 points, 11 rebounds and five steals as the San Antonio Spurs defeated the Toronto Raptors 117-107 on Tuesday night.

Tony Parker posted 23 points and nine assists for the Spurs, who have won six straight on the heels of a four-game losing streak.

Kyle Lowry supplied 32 points and five helpers, while Amir Johnson added 16 points and 14 boards for Toronto, which has dropped four consecutive contests and nine of its last 10.
