WASHINGTON, Nov. 14 (UPI) -- The most competitive athletes are never satisfied. That's why only two days after humans landed a spacecraft on a comet for the first time in history Jose Canseco wants to take things to the next level.

"If Earth can control the comet transport system we will run the Milkyway," tweeted Canseco, the baseball player first known for steroids, home runs and mullets, but more recently famed for his outlandish yet wildly entertaining Twitter commentary.

Engineers and scientists at the European Space Agency have been doing their best to offer in-depth analysis on the Rosetta and Philae missions, but they may have been outdone by an athlete who, with two black belts in karate and taekwondo and no science degrees, says "Galactic Beings have used comets as star taxis for eons."

Seems like sound logic. Of course, this also the same guy who just last month shot off his middle finger while cleaning his gun.
