Kershaw, Kluber win Cy Young Awards

Clayton Kershaw of the Los Angeles Dodgers was a unanimous and unsurprising choice Wednesday to win his second consecutive National League Cy Young Award and third in four years.

Corey Kluber of the Cleveland Indians captured the American League award in a tight race against former winner Felix Hernandez of the Seattle Mariners.

Kershaw was picked first on all 30 ballots, beating fellow finalists Johnny Cueto of the Cincinnati Reds and Adam Wainwright of the St. Louis Cardinals.

Kluber got 17 first-place votes and Hernandez received 13. The third finalist in the AL race was Chris Sale of the Chicago White Sox.
