Midnight Aria continues comeback in Autumn Stakes

Former Queen's Plate winner Midnight Aria takes on stakes competition Sunday in the $200,000 Autumn Stakes at Woodbine for the first time since scoring in last year's opening race of the Canadian Triple Crown.

Trained by Nick Gonzalez for Tucci Stables, Midnight Aria will start the 1 1/16-mile stakes from post 5 in the six-horse field on Woodbine's synthetic main track. The 4-year-old colt, making his third start of the year, is 9-2 in the morning line and will have his regular rider Jesse Campbell in the saddle.
