Brandon Guyer supplied two hits, two RBI and one run scored, while Kevin Kiermaier and Wil Myers each brought in a run for Tampa Bay, which played its last home game of the season.

Nathan Karns (1-1) gave up six runs on five hits and two walks over five-plus innings.

Chicago opened the scoring with a four-run second inning. Garcia led off the frame with a blast to left-center field. Dayan Viciedo was hit by a pitch, Jordan Danks followed with a grounder up the middle and Semien brought them in with a three-run shot into the seats in left.

Garcia started the sixth with his second homer of the day, a solo shot to left-center field. Viciedo, Jordan Danks and Semien all followed with singles to load the bases, and Alex Colome walked Andy Wilkins to usher in a run. Danks then came home on Josh Phegley's groundout and Ramirez's two-run double gave Chicago a 10-run advantage.

Meanwhile, Danks did not give up a hit until Guyer doubled to left with one out in the sixth. Curt Casali, who walked to start the frame, scored on Kiermaier's groundout. Myers then hit an RBI single for a 10-2 game.

Casali doubled in James Loney in the seventh off Matt Lindstrom and Guyer's liner to right dropped for a two-run single in the ninth to cap the scoring.
