Hamilton quarterback Dan LeFevour and Saskatchewan defensive end John Chick were selected as the top players for Week 5 of the CFL season.
LeFevour was named the Offensive Player of the week after racking up 470 total yards in his first career start. LeFevour threw for 361 yards on 21-for-30 passing while running for 109 yards on 13 carries. The former Central Michigan star also tossed a 53-yard touchdown on Hamilton's first possession.
Chick earned Defensive Player of the Week honors for his two-sack performance in a blowout win over Toronto. The Utah State product has at least one sack in each of Saskatchewan's four games this season and is first in the league with six.
Also winning Player of the Week honors were Winnipeg kicker Lirim Hajrullahu and Saskatchewan linebacker Samuel Hurl.
Hajrullahu went a perfect 5-for-5 on field goals and scored 17 points in Winnipeg's road win over BC to claim Special Teams Player of the Week. He also averaged 43 yards on five punts and added a single in the third quarter.
Hurl was named Canadian Player of the Week after racking up seven tackles and a fumble recovery in the Roughriders win. He is currently tied for fourth in the league with 21 tackles.
