Tim Lincecum throws no-hitter in Giants win against Padres

Tim Lincecum threw his second career no-hitter Wednesday, less than a year after his first, in a 4-0 win over the San Diego Padres.

Tim Lincecum threw his second career no-hitter Wednesday, less than a year after his first, in a 4-0 win over the San Diego Padres.

Lincecum, who was a walk away from a perfect game, tossed his first no-hitter last July 13 against the Padres.

Lincecum (6-5) retired the last 23 batters he faced after giving up a one-out walk in the second inning and struck out six.
