Knicks ship Chandler, Felton to Mavs

Tyson Chandler, who helped the Dallas Mavericks to their only NBA championship three years ago, has rejoined the team as part of a six-player trade with the New York Knicks. The deal was consummated Wednesday.

Guard Raymond Felton will be joining Chandler in Dallas, with the Knicks receiving point guard Jose Calderon, veteran center Samuel Dalembert, guards Wayne Ellington and Shane Larkin as well as the Mavericks' two second-round selections in Thursday's NBA Draft.

It's the first major move regarding player personnel for New York under new team president Phil Jackson, and comes just two days after star forward Carmelo Anthony opted out of his contract to test free agency.
