The home hasn't been remodeled, but has five bedrooms, maids quarters, high ceilings and a sweeping staircase.
Sterling, a former personal injury and divorce lawyer, entered into the real estate business in 1961 when he purchased a 26-unit apartment building.
Sterling has been accused of discriminating against non-white tenants. He is still in the grips of battling the NBA, who is trying to force him to sell his team after he was caught on tape making racist comments about Magic Johnson.
