Nick Swisher's grand slam with two outs in the bottom of the 10th inning sent Cleveland to a 5-3 victory over the Angels in Thursday's finale of a shortened three-game series.

Swisher's fourth career walk-off homer came against Ernesto Frieri, who came on after Cam Bedrosian (0-1) loaded the bases on walks to Michael Bourn and Carlos Santana sandwiched around a double from Jason Kipnis.

The winning blast barely cleared the wall in right field, and made a winner of Kyle Crockett (1-0), who recorded the final out in the top of the frame.

Albert Pujols had put the Halos on top by a 3-1 count with a two-run single against Scott Atchison.
