Eindhoven, Netherlands (SportsNetwork.com) - PSV Eindhoven defender Jetro Willems will miss the rest of the Eredivisie campaign as well as this summer's World Cup because of a knee injury.
Willems suffered the injury in the first half of PSV's 2-0 defeat to Feyenoord on Sunday and is likely to be out for the next few months, which means the Netherlands international will be unavailable to be selected for a spot on the national team by head coach Louis van Gaal.

The 20-year-old has been capped 11 times by the Dutch national team with his last appearance coming in a friendly against Brazil last November.
In 28 Eredivisie starts for PSV this season, Willems has netted four goals with three assists.
