The 28-year-old will arrive at Dortmund on a four-year contract, and the club will hope that he can help fill the void left by the departure of current striker Robert Lewandowski, who will join Bayern Munich this summer.

Ramos has been in good form for Hertha this season, netting 16 goals to place him third on the Bundesliga's scoring chart.

A member of Hertha since 2009, Ramos has tallied 32 goals in 89 Bundesliga matches for the club.
