LaMarcus Aldridge registered a 31-point, 15-rebound double-double and Robin Lopez also contributed a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds in Portland's fourth straight win.

The winning streak is the club's longest since a five-game run Feb. 21-March 1.

With the win. the Trail Blazers pulled within 1 1/2 games of the Houston Rockets for fourth place in the Western Conference.

Nick Young dropped a season-high 40 points in a reserve role for the Lakers, who have lost three of their last four games.

Kent Bazemore tallied 17 points, Chris Kaman added 12 and Steve Nash netted 10 points with 10 assists in 21 minutes of action off the bench in the setback.
