San Diego Padres post Cactus League win over Texas

Chase Headley and Xavier Nady each had three RBI as the San Diego Padres posted an 11-7 Cactus League win over the Texas Rangers.

Chase Headley and Xavier Nady each had three RBI as the San Diego Padres posted an 11-7 Cactus League win over the Texas Rangers.

Carlos Quentin hit a two-run homer and Will Venable added a solo shot for the Padres, who scored a combined nine runs in the first two innings.

Leonys Martin was 4-for-4 with a walk and two RBI for Texas, while Michael Choice had three hits and knocked in three runs.
