Howard played every game this season until a left ankle strain sidelined him.

Kevin Love totaled a game-high 29 points to go along with six boards and five assists and Gorgui Dieng set career highs with 22 points and 21 rebounds for the Timberwolves.

Dieng was the first Minnesota player to record a 20-point, 20-rebound game this season.
